Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a family of builders and developers, I was exposed early on to the many facets of the real estate world—experience that shaped both my career path and my passion for the industry.
I graduated with honors from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2001 and began my career in lending with Country Club Mortgage. Shortly after, I earned my Real Estate Broker’s license with the vision of creating a brokerage built on integrity, service, and innovation. In January 2005, that vision came to life with the founding of Melson Realty, Inc., which has continued to grow and evolve under my leadership.
In 2021, after making Wyoming my home, I founded Rim Realty, Inc. and obtained my Wyoming Broker’s license. I now serve as the Responsible Broker for the company, guiding our team, overseeing developments, and shaping the long-term direction of our growing real estate presence in the region.
I am married to my college sweetheart, Jason, and together we are grateful for our two wonderful children. I strive to keep Christ at the center of all I do, looking to Him for strength, clarity, and purpose each day.
