I was born and raised in Porterville, CA. As a local builder and developer, my father exposed me to many different sides of real estate from a very early age. I graduated from Monache High School and headed down to sunny San Diego to pursue my college degree. In 2001, I graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with honors and moved back to Porterville to begin doing loans for Country Club Mortgage. Shortly thereafter, I pursued my Real Estate Broker’s license with the intent of opening a real estate brokerage. Melson Realty, Inc. was established in January 2005 and has been expanding and growing ever since. I am a non-competing broker and spend my days administrating current developments and creating the vision for our future. I am married to my college sweetheart, Jason, and we are thankful for our 2 precious children. I strive to keep Christ at the center of all that I do and look to Him for strength and direction for each new day.
